If consistency is anything – which it never is in politics – the Obama administration had better hire some more attorneys general. They are going to need to if they are to bring similar lawsuits to the 5 other states with similar immigration laws as Arizona.

I am happy to say that Ken Cuccinelli, Virginia AG is leading the charge against the Obama administration with regard to HC. My guess is that there is going to be a couple of major showdowns on this immigration deal too. Be really interesting what happens after Nov – all the pols are too shy to take stands on principle before then….
